Inspiring Place, based in Hobart, provides Landscape Architectural design, Strategic and Environmental Planning throughout Australia. Inspiring Place has developed its expertise over 25 years with a constant aim of providing a high standard of professional services to a range of Government, community and private clients.
It is the policy of Inspiring Place to provide the client with resilient, place-responsive designs, advice and strategies to the agreed scope, and program, of engagement.
The Practice Directors are directly responsible for the implementation and effectiveness of a Quality Management System that is updated as system changes occur to remain compatible with the company context and direction and integrate with the business’s processes.
The Directors are also responsible for communicating the importance of the Quality Management System to staff members and external parties.
The Practice Director’s understand the importance of engaging supporting personnel to contribute to the effectiveness of the Quality Management System.
The Management System and its applicability to Inspiring Place’s scope of work, along with legal and regulatory requirements, will be continuously assessed and continually improved through periodic reviews and formally scheduled audits.
Inspiring Place sets quality objectives, in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 through an annual management review process. Quality objectives are tracked through reviews of, and responses to metrics at quarterly review meetings.
The Practice is committed to customer satisfaction through the engagement of quality procedures which are undertaken to meet or exceed the requirements of ISO 9001:2015.
